Copper bar surface treatment method and technology
1. Paint the copper bar
This process belongs to the obsolete process and is rarely used. Process: The bus bar of three-phase AC circuit is painted with black paint, the color label is pasted on the prominent place, the A phase is yellow, the B phase is green, the C phase is red, the neutral line is painted with light blue paint, the ground line is painted with alternating yellow and green two-color paint, and the polarity and phase sequence cannot be distinguished is painted with white paint.
2. Tin plating of copper bar
Advantages: mature process. Short operation cycle, widely used. Disadvantages: The surface is dark for a long time, and human hands can not do it. Not environmentally friendly!
Process flow: surface polishing and oil removal pre-treatment → pure water washing → Plating high Pb-Sn alloy tap water washing → pure water washing → tinning → tap water spray washing → Neutralization (Na2HPO4+Na3PO4)→ tap water spray washing → tap water spray washing → tap water spray washing → hot pure water wash → drying.
3. Copper bar coated with protective agent
Advantages: Maintain copper row primary color, slightly lower cost than tinning. Disadvantages: Long operation cycle.
Process flow: pre-polishing treatment → pure water washing → pickling passivating workpiece → drying water →JLR-510 protection treatment → flowing water cleaning → hot water soaking (about 100℃, it should be used for heating the workpiece, the purpose is to let the water volatilizing or drying) → drying → packaging closed.
